It's tragic that a Movie Monster as popular as the Wolfman can't seem to catch a break. In comes Blumhouse Productions and their director minion Leigh Whannell to... well, continue the stagnation. Folks I present my reaction video to a 'Making of' feature that I wish we could unmake as well as the movie it's attached to. One has to admire the moxie with which Blumhouse and it's puppet filmmaker carry themselves with. A studio who've never even attempted a creature feature is suddenly going to deliver on the expertise to master practical effects? Considering that Leigh Whannell hasn't (see also: CAN'T) get another director gag after "The Invisible Man" 2020 hit it big should clue you into the quality and skill that he brings to the table. As you'll see from this peek behind the curtain, everything from the forest setting to the family dynamic is redundant that the studio is trying to packing as a reinvention. For a monster that howls at the moon, this picture simply screams "meh". I would say we're in for a slog but honestly, who's even going to bother watching?

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.

Highest grossing, ya say? Original, ya say? I don't know what's worse, that they post these bold face lies because no one will question them or that evidence contradicting their narrative is readily available. Stop glazing #Sinners already
