For a film intended to reignite a franchise, I left the theater feeling as though Final Destinations Bloodlines redefine monotony. I held to the low bar that the kills would at least be creative, instead they were either forgettable or uncomfortable torturous. As predicted, the premise of a family being targeted and exterminated by death, one by one was just used as an anemic plot device to pad out the body count, a body count as forgettable as their obituaries. Suffice it to say that this movie fails to make any kind of impression. The family dynamic, if you can even all it one, is just the latest in a long line of gimmicks used as an excuse to bring this series back from the dead, instead of pulling it out of the doldrums.

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.

Highest grossing, ya say? Original, ya say? I don't know what's worse, that they post these bold face lies because no one will question them or that evidence contradicting their narrative is readily available. Stop glazing #Sinners already
