Tonight and for the month of July, your Control Freak Inkarnate will be playing this Earthbound open world survival game. Set in a post-apocalyptic future, our world has been terraformed by Terrors from beyond space. We have aliens to fight, mysteries to solve, origins of this event to unravel. The world we knew is a distant dream and what remains is a living nightmare. Equal parts War of the Worlds and Mad Max, danger lies in every corner, survival is a luxury, and no place is safe. If there's one saving grace it's humans mutated by this change to the planet who can use their abilities to fight against the horrors and attempt to reclaim a land they once called home

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.

Was I the only one disappointed by #ResidentEvilRequiem trailer? They're not following the Hollywood recycling of the Original "because 30th anniversary", they're creatively bankrupt. You know you're fresh out of fresh ideas when the RE movies already told this story
