Ya try to be positive and give a show a chance... Welcome back Horror Fans, to the follow up episode of #AlienEarth post inaugural release. To say that thus far I am unimpressed would be an understatement: lame cast, atrocious dialogue, shoddy VFX, nonsensical decisions, the list goes on. However, let it not be said that your Horror Host, Inkarnate isn't a maniac of his word. In true gluttony for punishment, I've returned for Episode 2 of the Xenomorph's homecoming to Earth. A ship has crash landed in the heart of a future metropolis. Not only is the Xenomorph running amuck, but another of the 5 specimens has been released and made quick and gruesome work of the response team sent in to assess this calamity. They, however, made for easy prey, having been strung up by a cyborg crewmember of the ship gone rogue. Meanwhile the hybrids, a group of children minds transferred into synthetic bodies, have been sent in to retrieve any and all findings from the wrecked vessels. With so many combustible...
Inspector Inkarnate is on the case of the missing children from #WeaponsMovie & has just pinned his prime suspect
What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.
