As promised, as delivered. One final encounter aboard the Space Hulk, one closing playthrough for the month of August, one last chance to slay the Tyranid. Now that I've gotten a hang for balancing my medpacks, monitoring squad health meters, and calling strategic withdrawals, your Control Freak, Inkarnate has been able to mount a successful offensive against the waves of incoming beasts. Picking up a few new weapons and Psyker abilities has also paid its weight in gold and paved the wave for our Deathwing Company to advance. At last playthrough I went on something of a spirit walk (!) and found the experience... enlightening. It taught me that Tyranids shall not have our divine blood, they shall taste our mighty blades, failing that, they can eat lead. Hopefully, my troops don't short circuit like that Leg Twitch my gunner was experiencing at the end of Round IV, as hysterical as that was.

Inspector Inkarnate is on the case of the missing children from #WeaponsMovie & has just pinned his prime suspect
What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.
