Can a film's quality be spoiled for you when you predicted its steady decline 2 sequels ago? Here we are at the 7th installment of the Scream Series to celebrate its 30 Year Anniversary, and my what a celebration in banality it is. The year that your Horror Host has in mind would be 4. That's the number of years ago that I mentioned that this franchise had hit the skids with Scream 2022, it just took the fanbase 4 years to realize it. Non-existent stories, uninspired characters, underwhelming villain reveals. I hate to break it to you folks but this has all been in the recipe for this formulaic trilogy for the last 2 installments. It's just that it's taken the fan base up until now to realize it for themselves. Not even the return of Neve Campbell could do anything to save this paint-by-numbers plot. Hopefully this Reaction Video can serve as a warning for fans not to waste their time and a lesson for Horror films not to waste their sequels.

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.

So now that #Sinners won Oscars at the #AcademyAwards can we stop crying about how "Horror always gets snubbed" and stop overrating this 'From Dusk Till Dawn' Ripoff?
