This is a video I did not want to make, but circumstance and standards compel me. It's official folks, nearly one month to the day of release and #ResidentEvil9 has proven to have plagiarized. I warned of this eventuality 9 months ago when the first trailer drop, so no I must conduct this Requiem. Join your Ctrl Freak, Inkarnate as I hold service for this franchise's dying innovation, in memoriam of originality. Ten tolls of the bell, ten examples of this game's R.I.P. offs. The pattern sown from the previous 2 entries must now be reaped in its third attempt. Resident Evil Requiem's bootlegging goes far beyond mere returns to its hometowns or even recycling old monsters. The points I will list paint a very grim view of this sequel and the franchise moving forward. A grim way to celebrate 30 years for this series.

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.
