Given Scream 7's release and response, I figured all was said and done that this film would quietly shuffle out of the news cycle. Well low and behold, your final girl returns from the dead like a slasher that refuses the grave. Melissa Barrera, the actress behind Screams 5 & 6 is back from the actor's grave. Breaking her silence at long last after her firing from the franchise over, let's call it "voicing her foreign policy", she is here to give her thoughts over her cancellation and even the newest sequel in a series that has left her in the rearview. I, your Horror Host, Inkarnate am playing your man on the street to cover this interview and give my thoughts on Melissa's candid comments as well as what I make of all this controversy. If this forgotten Final Girl is going to Scream from the Rooftops, I'm here to cover it.

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.
