Evil gets a revisit, not just in the second #ResidentEvil Retrospective but in sequels to the original RE. We've survived the mansion now it is upon us to take a stand within the sanctuary of RCPD and take to the streets of Raccoon City to face the horrors wrought upon the town in its dying hours. Whenever a game gets a sequel, the hope is that it will improve upon its predecessor and that's exactly what Resident Evil 2 did. And then comes the Nemesis, the unkillable pursuit behemoth that broke as many rules as it did walls. There were many bio organic horrors that roamed the streets of Raccoon City in its final hours and between two games, our survivors had to gun down, evade, and escape every last one. We have something of a double feature in Episode 2 of the Retrospective with RE2 and Resident Evil Nemesis to cover.

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.
