Imagine if you will, living in some podunk, backwater, small town, begging for something exciting to happen, just to play ground zero for an alien invasion. The town of Wheelsy has a eclectic cast of characters, from the suave Sheriff Bill Pardy to the overly protective husband Grant Grant (no seriously), from the short tempered Mayor Jack Macready to teenage belle with a taste of the finer things Kylie Strutemyer. As good of a job as the film does introducing its townspeople, how this ensemble cast plays off each other once the alien invasion starts is what is truly gut busting (every bit as much as the worms). On a fateful night, a falling star lands in this one horse town and its precious parasitic cargo is bent on world domination. Devour, duplicate, and repeat is the method and mankind is on the menu. As a true modern Halloween classic, your Horror Host, Inkarnate is pleased to celebrate Slither's 20 Year Anniversary with this Watch Party and relive this film's horror and hilarity.

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.
