It's hard to believe it's been two decades, but what an appropriate way to kick off Resurrection Season 2 than with a celebration of Dexter's 20th Anniversary. As the name suggest last year's Resurrection brought the show back in full force. Now it's time for Season 2 to continue the excitement in full swing. One of the things that I'm ecstatic about is the return of Krysten Ritter's Lady Vengeance. I thought it was far too soon to bump her off and something about her makes an intriguing counterpoint and potential foil for Dexter. While it's great to see the full cast on stage, the hope for Comic-Con is to see what surprises will join the characters on the mic and what tidbits we can hear about the upcoming season. Well my fellow Dark Passengers, who's up for a ride-along?

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.
