So after the initial and honestly underwhelming, opening episode, here's hoping that the follow up has a trick up its sleeve to win me back. The "drowning" of Jason is out of the way, so now the rest of the plot, aka the motivation behind this prequel's existence should be the focus. With the Feds hot on her trail, Pamela reveals that there is more to her past than she would otherwise let on. With references to government experimentation, this show is going to have its work cut out for it attempting to reconcile that.
In appropriately hippie fashion, on this week's episode, Pam get invited to a weekend seminar with a self-help guru. How terribly 70's and something sinister is after the teens. The killing starts anew.

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.
