Well this was unexpected. In a time before Derry, before the Loser's Club, before Pennywise, three Native American children venture off into the forbidden Western Wood. Their tribe is low on food reserves so against the warnings of the elders to steer clear of the forest, the 3 journey within. What they encounter is the stuff of nightmares. We know it today as Pennywise, the Dancing Clown, but for these Natives, they can only perceive it as a woodland spirit. If this story takes place at the time of its arrival on Earth, then it's newly awoken and very hungry.

What an utter waste. This is what I get for being optimistic. With the exception of the animation, Predator Killer of Killers botches its premise and potential literally from the jump. From its aggressively annoying girl boss Viking opener, to its episode conclusions, to the end fight, to that surprise (?) closing scene, the disappointments were aplenty. It's almost impressive how this movie squandered so much that it had going for it. All this animated feature do was further embarrass the Predator when it had the opportunity to re-establish how dangerous this species really is. The way this movie portrays what should be recognized as the lead character, you would think that the humans are the superior race. Considering what a fail this film was, as an entry in the Predator franchise, as animated feature with a gripping plot, especially as an anthology, this paints a pretty bad picture for what director Dan Trachtenberg has in store for us later in the year with Predator Badlands.
